Process
How We Run It
- Enquiry and specificationPanel type, thickness, dimensions, quantity and destination port. We reply within about 24 hours.
- SamplesA4 sample sets covering the product range — 300 × 200 mm, USD 50 per set, refundable against a future order above 1,000 m². Small evaluation sets of 3–5 panels are free by courier.
- Colour approvalStocked colour, or a lab-dip within about five days, signed off before production.
- ProductionChemosynthesis, precision coating and lamination on our three lines, with batch records.
- Quality releaseAppearance, coating, mechanical and weathering checks against the test regime before packing.
- PackingNude packing on a wooden pallet, or wooden-pallet packing with corner protection for longer storage.
- ShippingFOB Shanghai or Ningbo, CIF, CFR or EXW Jiangyin. LCL available above about 200 m².

Facade Project Supply FAQ
What are your payment terms?
For new customers, 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance against a copy of the B/L. For established accounts after three successful orders we can discuss longer terms, L/C at sight, or O/A for qualified buyers.
Which Incoterms do you support?
FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, CIF to a named port, CFR, and EXW from our factory in Jiangyin. We ship regularly to the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.
What happens if panels arrive damaged?
Document the damage on the B/L at the time of receipt — this is critical for the claim to be valid — photograph it, and notify us within 7 days. We either ship replacements with your next order or arrange a credit note. On shipments with our nominated forwarder we carry transport insurance and file the claim for you.
Can you handle a small project order?
We accept orders from 500 m² upwards, and below that we can often fill the order from a stocking batch at our warehouse. Ask us.
