Nano PVDF Coated ACP
Nano-treated surface adds self-cleaning behaviour to PVDF durability — dirt washes away with rain.
KYNAR500-based fluorocarbon coating baked 2–3 times for a 25 μm+ film. The standard choice for exterior wall cladding.
PVDF coated ACP is the panel most exterior facades are built from. The fluorocarbon resin — a KYNAR500-based system — is applied over a chemically converted aluminum skin and baked two to three times to build a film of 25 μm or more. That film is what keeps a facade looking the same in year eighteen as it did in year one.
We coat, laminate and pack the panel on our own three lines in Jiangyin, so the coil, the coating schedule and the lamination record all sit under one roof and one batch number.
Acid and alkali resistant, with 3000 h salt spray at grade 1 and 4000 h accelerated weathering at a measured color difference of 1.24.
Specified at ≥ 25 μm and typically measured between 27 and 30 μm, verified per batch.
Standard colors ship in 7 days from deposit; custom matching runs about 15 days from color approval.
Chemosynthesis pre-treatment forms a dense oxide film so the coating is mechanically keyed to the metal.
The default exterior specification for low, mid and high-rise elevations.
Routed and folded on site tooling, in the same color as the main elevation.
Light enough to hang on a retrofit substructure without reworking the frame.
Where a sign is expected to outlive a normal sign cycle.
70/30 PVDF-acrylic blend, applied in 2–3 passes and cured at 230–250°C.
Standard test sample is a 4 mm panel with 0.30 mm skins; heavier skins are available on request.
180° peel specified at ≥ 7.0 N/mm, measured at 11.2 N/mm.
1220, 1250, 1500, 1550 and 2000 mm standard; lengths 2440, 3050 and 4880 mm.

Standard PVDF exterior warranty is 15–20 years depending on colour and climate, covering abnormal fading, chalking, peeling and delamination under normal use. Project-specific terms are negotiable for orders above 5,000 m².
The specification is ≥ 25 μm. Measured film thickness on our test sample was 27–30 μm, applied in two to three passes and cured in a four-zone oven.
500 m² per colour for stocked standard colours. Fully custom colours start at 1,000 m² because a dedicated coil run has to be scheduled.
Stocked standard colours ship 7 days from deposit. Custom colours are typically 15 days after colour approval. A full container with custom colour plus a core upgrade can run 18–25 days.
PVDF · Self-cleaning
Nano-treated surface adds self-cleaning behaviour to PVDF durability — dirt washes away with rain.
PE · 10yr Warranty
Polyester coated panels for interior and short-term exterior use. Cost-effective with good formability.
A2 · EN 13501-1
Class A2 fire-rated panel with a high mineral content core for high-rise facades and public buildings under the strictest fire regulations.
Ultra-wide · 2000mm
2000 mm ultra-wide panels mean fewer joints, faster installation and a cleaner facade — also ideal for large signage.
Fire Safety
Both ratings make a panel fire-rated, but they behave very differently in a real fire. Mineral content, test standards and when each is the right specification.

Installation
Two common ACP installation methods compared for visual effect, weather sealing, fabrication, maintenance and cost, with recommendations by building type.
TransportLong-span facade and canopy soffits in coated aluminum composite panels, supplied from Jiangyin.
TransportCurved terminal envelope — the panel format was selected to reduce joints across the sweeping elevation.
CommercialMixed cladding and window-band detailing on a mid-rise commercial building.
CommercialTwo-tone facade using stocked standard colors — a common way to keep a custom look on a standard lead time.
