Process
How We Run It
- Send the referenceA physical sample of at least 50 × 50 mm, a RAL or Pantone code, or a previous batch reference. A piece of wood, a fabric or a competitor's panel all work.
- Lab-dip within five daysOur lab produces a matched sample for your approval, measured on a spectrophotometer rather than judged by eye.
- Sign the master sampleThe signed sample fixes the colour for the whole project, including later phases.
- Scheduled coil runCustom colours run as a dedicated coil batch — the reason the MOQ is 1,000 m².
- Delivery in about 15 daysCustom colours typically ship 15 days after colour approval.

Custom Colour Matching FAQ
How close is the match?
Standard colours are controlled to ΔE ≤ 1.0 under a D65 light source, which is below the visible threshold for most observers. Custom matching targets ΔE ≤ 0.8, measured with a Konica Minolta spectrophotometer.
Can you match something that is not a paint colour?
Yes — a piece of wood, a fabric, a stone sample or a competitor's panel. Send a physical sample of at least 50 × 50 mm.
Why is the custom MOQ higher?
A custom colour needs a dedicated coil run on the coating line, so the minimum is 1,000 m² rather than 500 m².
Can we get a colour card?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp or by email and we will send the standard colour card. A4 sample sets covering the product range are also available.
