Polyester Coated Matt ACP At A Glance
Sign panel is judged by what happens when ink hits it. Our matt sign grade uses a specially formulated polyester surface optimized for UV ink adhesion rather than for gloss numbers, so print keys properly instead of sitting on the surface.
The matt surface also kills glare, which is the difference between a sign that reads under directional lighting and one that reflects it back at the viewer.

Which printing methods work on this panel?
It is coated for UV printing. It also takes applied vinyl well. For solvent or latex work, ask us for a sample and run your own adhesion test.
What sheet sizes can I order?
Standard widths run from 1220 to 2000 mm, with lengths 2440, 3050 and 4880 mm. We can also cut to your printer's bed size.
Is there a fire-rated sign panel?
Yes. The sign surface can be supplied on B1 or A2 core where an interior fire code applies.
