2M Width ACP At A Glance

Most of the world's ACP is 1220 mm or 1250 mm wide, and that width quietly sets the joint grid of every facade built from it. Our lines run to 2000 mm, which removes a whole line of joints across most structural bays.

Fewer joints means fewer profiles, fewer sealed edges, less labour on the scaffold and a cleaner elevation. For signage it means a large fascia from one piece rather than a visible seam through the artwork.

Is 2000 mm available in every colour?

Standard colours and custom matching both run at 2000 mm. Stocked panels are held in 1220 × 2440 mm, so wide format is normally a scheduled run.

Does a wider panel need a different substructure?

The fixing centres change with the panel size, so the substructure layout is designed around the panel schedule. Send the elevation and we will advise on panel sizes.

Can 2000 mm be supplied fire-rated?

Yes, in both B1 and A2.
