ALUCOVERBOND is a professional manufacturer of aluminum composite panels, specialized in advanced materials for building, signage, transportation and industrial applications.
Our range covers fire-rated B1 and A2 mineral-core ACP, 2000 mm ultra-wide panels, aluminium lattice-core panels and high-performance polyester-coated ACP — with more than 36 standard colours and full custom colour matching.
Most of our factory operators have been with us for over twenty years, which is what consistency between batches actually depends on.

What Is Inside The Panel
Two coated aluminum skins, an adhesive polyolefin film and a core. Which core you choose decides the fire class and the weight; which coating you choose decides the service life.
Skin
Aluminum alloy coil from 0.30 mm, chemosynthesis pre-treated so the coating keys into the metal rather than sitting on it.
Core
Polyethylene, flame-retardant B1 or mineral A2. The core sets the fire class — and the A2 core is roughly 50% heavier.
Coating
PVDF, nano PVDF, FEVE or polyester at ≥ 25 μm, applied on a three-roller reversal precision coater.
Surface Finishes

Three Lines Fully In-House
From coil pre-treatment to lamination, every step happens under our own roof in Jiangyin.
Line 01Chemosynthesis Line
Aluminum coil arriving from the mill carries rolling lubricants and surface deposits. Our chemosynthesis line — using qualified industrial chemicals and advanced technology from Henkel, Germany — cleans these away and forms a dense honeycomb oxide film on the metal surface. This film is the strong bonding medium between paint and metal.
Line 02Precision Coating Line
Our three-roller reversal precision coating machine applies coatings to chemically treated aluminum and stainless steel coils in a sealed, dustless environment — delivering solvent resistance, hardness, flexibility, glossiness and strong adhesion. PVDF, FEVE, polyester and custom color matching are all handled here.
Line 03Lamination Line
Under high temperature and pressure, metal sheets, core material and adhesive polyolefin film are firmly laminated into one panel with a guaranteed flat surface and a stable bond. Our peel strength tests above the quality benchmarks of imported panels.

What does ALUCOVERBOND manufacture?
Aluminum composite panels for building, signage, transportation and industrial applications — PVDF and polyester coated cladding, fire-rated A2 and B1 mineral and flame-retardant core panels, 2000 mm ultra-wide panels, aluminium lattice-core and metal composite panels, decorative finishes and print-ready sign panel. All of it is produced on our own three lines in Jiangyin, China.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. Jiangyin ACP Industry Co., Ltd. runs chemosynthesis, precision coating and lamination lines under one roof, and most of our operators have been with us for over twenty years.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
500 m² per colour for stocked standard colours, shipping 7 days from deposit. Fully custom colours have a 1,000 m² MOQ and typically ship about 15 days after colour approval.
Which fire ratings can you supply?
Class A2 mineral-core panels classified A2-s1, d0 under EN 13501-1, and Class B1 flame-retardant panels under GB 8624-2012. ASTM E84 Class A reports are available for North America. Certificates and recent test data are supplied on request.
How many colours do you hold?
36 standard colours in stock, most matched to common RAL codes, plus a library of 800+ colours developed over 20 years. Custom colours are matched from a physical sample, RAL code or Pantone reference.
Where do you ship?
We ship regularly to the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa on FOB, CIF, CFR and EXW terms. A 20ft container holds about 3,500 m² and a 40ft HQ about 8,500 m².
