Protect the Surface
Polished and mirror surfaces are damaged in transit far more often than in service. Polished and mirror sheet ships with plastic protective film, and the film should stay on until installation is complete.
Pack for the Product
One packing standard across pipe, plate, bar and fittings damages at least one of them. Fittings go in wooden cases or on pallets, pipe in woven bags and wooden cases, plate strapped and skidded, or all of it to your own packing specification.
Choose the Shipping Mode
A full container for a part load, or LCL for a heavy plate order, both waste money. Shipments go FCL, LCL or bulk from Shanghai, and bar can also move by air, express, rail or road where the schedule demands it.
Agree the Terms
Payment terms discovered late stall an order that is otherwise ready to run. The standard terms on the fittings programme are 30 percent T/T in advance with the 70 percent balance before delivery, and 304 sheet runs 7 days after the deposit is received.
Prepare the Documents
Missing certificates and mismatched descriptions hold containers at customs. The certificate file, packing list and commercial documents are prepared together so the description on the paperwork matches the goods.
Track to Delivery
A shipment that goes quiet after loading is a shipment nobody is managing. Shipping details are confirmed over WhatsApp or email at loading, and the same contact stays with the order through to arrival.
