Shaanxi Jiade Group Co Ltd is located in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. It is a modern enterprise specialising in the production of stainless steel and high temperature alloy steel, stainless steel seamless pipe, stainless steel industrial welded pipe, stainless steel plate and related large scale stainless steel materials.
The Company
The company was established in 1992. The works covers more than 25000 square metres, employs more than 320 people and has an annual output of 40000 tons. Production, sales and technology are integrated in one organisation, a 5S quality control system is implemented, and advanced equipment and mature production methods are used to supply both domestic and overseas customers.
The main products cover the 200 series in 201 and 202, the 300 series in 301, 302, 304, 304L, 310S, 316, 316L, 317, 317L and 321, and special stainless grades 409, 410, 420, 430 and 630. Other specifications and special requirements are produced to customer need.
Where the Material Goes
The products are widely used in nuclear power, aviation, petroleum, chemical, mechanical power, automotive, medicine, food, shipbuilding and related fields. Executive standards include China GB, ISO, German DIN, European EN, 3A and Japan JIS.
Products have been exported to Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Austria, New Zealand, Russia, Ukraine, South Korea, Japan and India, and the company exhibits internationally, most recently in the Shaanxi provincial delegation at INNOPROM 2024 in Yekaterinburg.

The works in Fengdong New Town, Xi'an, established in 1992 and covering more than 25000 square metres.
Melting and casting feed an annual output of around 40000 tons across pipe, plate, bar and fittings.
Forged rings and blanks, the starting point for flanges and heavy machined components.
Heavy forgings are machined in house before flange facing and drilling.
Flanges from DN15 to DN1200 in Class 150 through 1500, faced and drilled to GB, ASTM, JIS, EN or DIN.
The seamless route: heating, piercing, elongating, plug mill rolling, reeling, sizing, heat treatment, straightening, then magnetic flux and ultrasonic inspection before marking and shipping.
Quality, environment and occupational health system certificates alongside TUV NORD certification under the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
Plate is skidded and strapped, sheet ships with protective film, and fittings go in wooden cases or on pallets.
Quality and Approvals
The quality assurance system covers the China special equipment manufacturing licence at TS grades A1, A2 and B, AD 2000 W0 German TUV certification, PED 2014/68/EU European pressure equipment certification and China Classification Society CCS certification, together with quality, environment and occupational health system certification. Material is approved by third party inspection agencies including DNV, BV, SGS, TUV, ABS, LR, GL, RINA, KR, NKK, AIB-VINCOTTE, CEIL, VELOSO and CCSI.

Chemistry
Composition verified against the ordered specification before the heat is released.
Mechanical Test
Tensile and yield strength confirmed by test, with results recorded against the heat.
Pipe End Check
Camera and image processing identify collapsed pipe ends so the defective length is cropped before measurement.
Wall Thickness
Laser thickness gauge passed into the bore to detect wall thickness defects along the length.
Non Destructive Testing
Magnetic flux and ultrasonic inspection on the seamless route before marking and coating.
Dimensional Check
Outside diameter, wall, length, bolt circle and centre to face measured against the ordered standard.
Surface Inspection
Finish checked against the ordered condition from mill pickled through to No.8 mirror.
Documentation
Mill test certificate issued, with EN 10204 3.1 and third party inspection reports where ordered.
