Read more →Hygienic Lines Fail at the Joints
Hygienic lines fail at the joints. Rough weld seams, mismatched standards and gaskets that will not survive CIP are what force unplanned shutdowns and failed swab tests. We supply components cut to one declared standard, with a declared surface finish and material certificate behind every piece.
- Dead legs at sample and instrument points that never reach cleaning temperature
- Surface finish quoted as polished with no Ra figure behind it
- Mixed union and ferrule standards so spares never fit the joint that failed
- Seals chosen by default rather than against the actual CIP chemistry
One Manufacturer Six Standards
One direct manufacturer covering AS1528, BS4825, DIN 11864, 3-A, SMS and RJT, so a single order can fit an Australian filler, a European CIP skid and a US dairy line without mixing suppliers.
Made In House
Machining, polishing, assembly and quality inspection all happen in our own plant, which is what makes a non-standard size a normal order rather than an exception.
Finish On the Order
Ra 0.8 um as standard, Ra 0.6 um and Ra 0.4 um on request. The figure goes on the line item so it is repeatable on the second and third order.
Evidence On Request
AISI 304 and 316L as standard, with material certificates to EN 10204 3.1 available so the specification is provable at an audit.
How We Work With Engineers
Three ways buyers use us, depending on whether the problem is a line design, an export standard or a part that does not exist yet.
CIP Ready Hygienic Pipework
Cleaning failures are almost never caused by the cleaning chemical. They are designed into the line at the joints, branches and low points. This is how we specify components so a line cleans on the first pass.
Multi Standard Supply
A machine built in one country is often installed in another. We manufacture to AS1528, BS4825, DIN 11864, 3-A, SMS and RJT, so one supplier can cover an export order without you sourcing each market separately.
OEM and Custom Manufacturing
Machining, polishing, assembly and inspection all happen in our own plant, which is what makes non-standard sizes, special connections and customised finishes practical rather than a special favour.
