Food and Beverage Processing
Mixed product runs, tight changeovers and audits that ask you to prove the line was clean. Food and beverage plants need components that survive daily CIP and still pass a swab test after a year in service.

What Costs This Sector Money
- Short changeovers leave little time for a full cleaning cycle
- Sugar and pulp bearing product finds every pocket and dead leg in the line
- Retailer and third party audits ask for material and standards evidence on the components, not just the finished plant
What Buyers Ask Us For
- Components made to one declared standard across the whole line
- Surface finish specified and stated rather than assumed
- Seals matched to the actual CIP chemistry and temperature
- Short lead times so a breakdown does not become a week of downtime

Food and Beverage Processing FAQ
Questions from buyers in this sector.
Do you supply components for food plants directly
Yes. We are a direct manufacturer, so the valves, fittings, housings and tank accessories on this page are made in our own plant rather than bought in and relabelled.
Can you match the standard already installed in our plant
In most cases yes. We manufacture to AS1528, BS4825, DIN 11864, 3-A, SMS and RJT and also supply DIN 11851 and IDF union patterns. Send photographs with a rule in frame and the key dimensions and we will identify the pattern before quoting.
Specifying a Line for Food and Beverage Processing
Send the drawing or the line list. We will come back with component selections and flag anything in the layout that will cause a cleaning problem.
