Fixed or rotating spray ball
A fixed ball is simple and reliable for small, open vessels. A rotating head gives better coverage in tall vessels and around agitators and baffles, and generally does the same job with less water. Send the vessel dimensions and internals and we will recommend one.
What flow rate does a spray ball need
It is set by the tank diameter and the device design. Tell us the vessel diameter, height and your available CIP pump flow and pressure, and we will size the device to what your pump can actually deliver.
How is the spray device mounted
Welded onto a stub or clamped onto a ferrule, depending on whether it is a new vessel or a retrofit. Both mounting styles are in the catalogue.
