What We Do and How
A Manufacturer Not a Trading Company
Machining, polishing, assembly and quality inspection are all done in house. That is what makes a non-standard size, a special connection or a customised finish a normal order rather than an exception, and it is why we can hold the same specification across repeat orders.
What We Build
Sanitary butterfly, ball, diaphragm and check valves. Sanitary tees, elbows, reducers, crosses, unions, tri-clamps and pipe supports. Sanitary strainers and filter housings. Tank accessories including manways, sight glasses and CIP spray devices. Stainless steel flanges and hygienic tubing.
Standards We Work To
AS1528, BS4825, DIN 11864, 3-A, SMS and RJT, with DIN 11851 and IDF union patterns also supplied. A single order can carry more than one standard, produced and labelled separately so nothing is mixed on arrival.
Materials and Finish
AISI 304 and AISI 316L as standard, with material certificates to EN 10204 3.1 available on request. Ra 0.8 um is the standard hygienic finish, with Ra 0.6 um and Ra 0.4 um available where the duty requires it.
