Sanitary Tri-Clamps
Clamps that hold the joint, from light single-pin clamps to heavy duty and high pressure bolt closures.

What Goes Wrong Without the Right Tri-Clamp
- Light clamps used on high pressure joints that creep open under load
- Wing nuts that cannot be torqued repeatably, so joints leak after CIP
- Mixed clamp qualities on one site so nobody knows the rating of a given joint
Who Specifies This Category
- Plants standardising clamp quality across a line
- High pressure duties such as homogeniser discharge and filter housings
- Maintenance teams replacing worn or non-matching clamps
What You Get From Our Range
- Single-pin, heavy duty and high pressure bolt closure versions
- Matched to our own ferrules and gaskets so the joint closes square
- Stainless steel construction throughout, no plated fasteners in the wash-down zone
- Sized to the standard ferrule dimensions you already have in the line
Where They Are Installed
- Filter housing closure that is opened every cartridge change
- Homogeniser and high pressure pump discharge joints
- Everyday line joints that are broken for cleaning
- Tank fitting connections on a vessel

Tri-Clamps FAQ
What engineers ask before they specify this category.
When do I need a heavy duty or bolted clamp
When the joint sees high pressure, pressure pulsation or repeated hot and cold cycling, and anywhere the joint must be torqued to a set figure. Filter housings and homogeniser discharge are typical cases.
Will your clamps fit my existing ferrules
They fit ferrules made to the standard clamp dimensions. Send the ferrule outside diameter and flange diameter and we will confirm the clamp size before shipping.
What material are the clamps
Stainless steel. Confirm 304 or 316L on the order if the clamp sits in a corrosive wash-down environment.
