Cleaning failures are almost never caused by the cleaning chemical. They are designed into the line at the joints, branches and low points. This is how we specify components so a line cleans on the first pass.
Every Stage and What Goes Wrong In It
Each stage below names the failure we see most often, then what we do about it.
Layout Review
Branches, instruments and sample points added late become dead legs that never reach cleaning temperature.
We work from your line drawing and propose short outlet tees, eccentric reducers and branch orientations that drain toward the main run.
Component Selection
A valve chosen on price introduces a seat cavity that holds product through the whole cycle.
Full bore ball valves, diaphragm valves and clamp-serviceable check valves are selected against the actual duty rather than the line size alone.
Surface Specification
Polished is not a specification. Without a figure, finish drifts between orders.
Ra 0.8 um is our standard, with Ra 0.6 um and Ra 0.4 um available. The figure goes on the order and is held in production.
Seal Specification
A default EPDM gasket in a hot solvent or fat-rich duty fails early and contaminates product.
EPDM, silicone, PTFE and Viton are specified per line item against your media, CIP chemistry and peak temperature.
Tank Cleaning
A fixed spray ball leaves shadows behind agitators and baffles in a tall vessel.
We size fixed or rotating cleaning devices from vessel geometry and the flow and pressure your CIP pump can actually deliver.
Verification
Nobody can say which components are in the line once it is commissioned.
Orders ship with the standard, size, material and finish recorded per item, and material certificates to EN 10204 3.1 on request.

Can you review my pipework drawing before I order
Yes. Send the line drawing or an isometric with line sizes, the standard you work to, and your CIP conditions. We come back with component selections and any layout points that will cause a cleaning problem.
Do you supply the whole line or only the components
We manufacture the valves, fittings, filter housings and tank accessories. We do not fabricate the installed pipework, but we will match every component to one declared standard so your fabricator is not mixing dimensions.
