Do you sell to laboratories directly or only to distributors?
Both. The business was built on global retail and wholesale export, so we quote single cartons as well as consolidated wholesale shipments.
Can I mix equipment, spare parts and consumables in one order?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way to buy. Once a shipment is booked, adding consumables costs very little extra freight.
What voltage will my equipment be supplied in?
It varies by model: several are 220V only and others are available in 220V or 110V. Tell us your country when you enquire and we confirm the version in writing before you order.
Do you supply spare parts for micromotors bought elsewhere?
Often yes, where the machine belongs to a family we carry such as Marathon or Strong. Send a photo of the machine and its rating label on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether the part matches.
Where are you based and how do orders ship?
We are in Putuo District, Shanghai, China. Orders consolidate in Shanghai and ship by sea or air depending on volume and urgency.
