Material is held by a double clamp that grips quickly and swings 45 degrees to either side for mitre work, with the movable head also able to swing 45 degrees right and left. Control is by a 24 V low-voltage hand switch, which keeps mains voltage away from the operator's hands. A membrane pump supplies coolant, which holds workpiece accuracy and extends blade life, and the blade safety hood opens and closes according to the cut so the blade is covered whenever it does not need to be exposed. The vice carries an anti-burr device.

Running the Machine

Select the motor speed to suit the material you are cutting

Can it cut mitres?
Yes. The double clamp rotates 45 degrees side to side and the movable head swings 45 degrees right and left.
Why does it have a double speed motor?
Different materials need different cutting speeds. The lower speed is used for harder and heavier sections so the HSS blade is not overloaded.
Is a coolant system included?
Yes. A membrane pump supplies coolant to the blade, which prolongs blade life and improves the precision of the workpiece.
What voltage is the operator control?
