TMK household composters are electric composting units for homes, coffee shops, schools and offices. They use microbes to compost food waste in 24 hours and produce a nutrient-rich soil amendment that can be used in gardens. Daily capacity runs from about 1 to 5 kg, and with an 80 to 90% reduction rate compost only needs to be removed from the unit on a weekly basis.

The Carbon Steel Series covers the same capacity range as the commercial line but is built on carbon steel bodies. It runs from a 30 kg apartment and cafe unit through 50, 100, 150, 500 and 2000 kg machines up to a 5 tonne system for central food waste collection sites. Several models in this series carry features the commercial line does not, including a built-in shredder on the 500 kg unit and a PLC-controlled central shaft on the 150 kg in-vessel machine.

Choosing A TMK Composting Machine
How do I choose between the three ranges?
Household composters cover 1 to 5 kg a day for homes, cafes, schools and offices. Commercial composters in stainless steel cover 10 to 5000 kg a day for restaurants, hotels, canteens and institutions. The Carbon Steel Series covers 30 to 5000 kg a day on carbon steel bodies for industrial and municipal duty.
Which capacity should I order?
Size against measured daily kilograms and the peak service day, not the average. Loading more than 20% above the rating leaves compost that is not fully cured and can create odour.
Can I see the specifications before enquiring?
Yes. Every model has a datasheet PDF on the download page, and the specification table on each product page lists capacity, cycle time, reduction rate, materials and control system.
Do all models compost in 24 hours?
The composting models run a 21 to 24 hour cycle. The TMK-1 food waste disposer is different: it grinds and dries rather than composts, and finishes in about 6 hours.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Machines are sold as single units, so one machine is a complete order. Dealers and distributors order in multiples and should contact us about volume terms.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on the model and the destination port. Send your model and country over WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the current lead time.
