TMK supplied and installed a 30 ton per day food waste composting system using high-temperature aerobic microbial fermentation under fully automatic intelligent control, delivered as a complete turnkey scope from manufacturing and shipment through installation, commissioning and operator training.
Quality Control
Intelligent controls automatically regulate temperature, mixing speed and operating cycles throughout the process. Before project completion the engineering team carried out system commissioning and performance testing to confirm the installation achieved optimal operating performance.
Final Result
The system processes up to 30 tons of food waste per day with a volume reduction of 80 to 90%, cutting landfill disposal requirements and transportation costs. The integrated deodorization system removes odours generated during composting.
