What This Range Is For
The Carbon Steel Series covers the same capacity range as the commercial line but is built on carbon steel bodies. It runs from a 30 kg apartment and cafe unit through 50, 100, 150, 500 and 2000 kg machines up to a 5 tonne system for central food waste collection sites. Several models in this series carry features the commercial line does not, including a built-in shredder on the 500 kg unit and a PLC-controlled central shaft on the 150 kg in-vessel machine.

Carbon Steel Series Questions
What is the difference between the Carbon Steel Series and the commercial line?
Capacities overlap. The Carbon Steel Series uses carbon steel bodies, while the commercial models such as the TMK-200 and TMK-300 use stainless steel 304.
Can capacity be increased later?
The in-vessel models have a modular structure designed to facilitate a capacity increase when requested.
Do any models include a shredder?
Yes. The 500KG Composting Equipment is supplied with a built-in shredder, and the 2000KG Industrial Composter can be customized with an inbuilt shredder.
Are these machines suitable for manure and abattoir waste?
The 150 kg in-vessel machine is specified for manure, food waste, green waste and abattoir waste.
