Every part on this site is manufactured by Tianhe in Wuxi. The load case is misread
Rollers and ball transfer units are sized on the weight of the package instead of the weight divided by the units in contact, multiplied by how hard the load arrives. Our selection guides give the coefficients used for hand, forklift, hoist and shoulder loading.
The replacement part nearly fits
End caps and wheels are dimensional parts: tube inside diameter, bearing bore and shaft form all have to match, not two out of three. Send the three numbers and we confirm the match before production.
The drive is wrong for the duty
Mains motor rollers wear out on start-stop accumulation duty, and chain drive is too loud for a manned packing hall. The DC brushless and poly-V families exist for exactly those two cases.

What information do you need for a motor roller quote?
Tube diameter, tube face, supply voltage, rated speed, tube surface and drive end. All six are carried in the model code, for example DG50-AS-3PH380V-265L-10M-S3-DS.
