The halo is made by the wall, not by the letter. Surface colour, surface texture and the stand-off distance decide whether the effect is a clean outline or a smudge, and none of those are things a letter specification usually mentions. They are all listed here.

The internal LED module is described by our supplier as CE, RoHS and UL approved. Factory level certification is TBC and is not claimed on this site.
