What This Machine Does
The AQ-G(3200) Non Woven Mulch Machine folds and cuts agricultural mulch fabric up to 3.2 m wide and 17 to 80 gsm, taking rolls up to 1000 mm diameter on 76 mm cores. The web is folded in half, W folded through four folding devices, cut to the length needed and folded again on horizontal rollers to a final folded size of 20 x 28 cm. A microcomputer controls number counting so packs leave the line at the quantity you set.

The rewinding model returns a folded roll. The mulch machine cuts to length and folds down to a finished 20 x 28 cm pack.
