What to confirm before a machine leaves China: voltage, compressed air, floor space, core size, documentation and the settings your operators will need.
Confirm Voltage And Frequency In Writing
Our machines are built for supplies such as 220 V / 50 Hz and 380 V / 50 Hz depending on the model, and cabinets are configured before crating. Confirm your actual plant supply, not the national standard, because plants often differ from it.
Check Compressed Air And Installed Power
Pneumatic machines need air supplied by the customer, for example about 0.8 MPa on the AQ-280 alcohol pad machine. Installed power ranges from 1.5 kW on an impulse sealer to 10 kW on a 3.2 m mulch line, so plan the supply from the machine specification rather than an estimate.
Plan Floor Space From The Layout Drawing
Machine footprints in our range run from about 2600 mm for a cotton pad machine to about 18 m for a mulch folding line. We send dimensioned layout drawings before shipment. Include space for roll handling and finished goods, not just the machine itself.
Match Core Size And Roll Diameter Before Shipment
Shaft core size, commonly 76 mm, and maximum roll diameter, commonly 1000 mm, have to match the material you buy locally. Confirming this before production avoids a machine that cannot accept your rolls.
Ask For The Settings Not Just The Manual
Operation and technical manuals are supplied in English. More useful on day one are the settings recorded during factory run-off on your own material: tension values, bonding parameters, fold sizes and speeds. Ask for them with the machine.
