The AQ-B(2400) Medical Bed Cover Folding Machine forms, bonds and folds disposable medical bed covers in one continuous pass. Fourteen sets of high-power ultrasonic screen-following moulds bond the cover without glue or thread, while a magnetic powder tension controller and synchronous conveying device hold the sheet dimensionally accurate through every fold. A servo-controlled slider-type lateral fork knife folds the cover laterally up to three times.
