Non Woven Apron Machine

Servo Printing Neck Hole Cutting And Three-Stage Folding For Disposable Aprons

Product Overview

What This Machine Does

The AQ-500 Non Woven Apron Machine prints, folds, cuts and stacks disposable aprons from a 500 mm unwind. An automatic edge position correction device holds the web straight, a servo printing system controls one-colour print quality, and a triangle board device folds the printed fabric in half across the width. Neck hole cutting, corner cutting and the cut-off mould sit on the roller, and a servo-driven length folding system folds three times to the size the customer asks for, with folded size tolerance of ±5 mm.

Key Benefits

Why Buyers Choose This Model

±5 mm folded size tolerance means aprons fit the pack and the dispenser every time

Servo printing puts your logo on the apron in line rather than on pre-printed film you have to buy in

Comparison

How This Model Compares

Compared With Non woven bib making machine

The bib machine laminates and embosses small bibs. The apron machine prints, cuts a neck hole and folds a full garment.

Compared With Plain folding machines

A folder cannot print or cut a neck hole. Both operations happen in line here, so the apron leaves the machine finished.

Use Guide

Setting The Machine For A Production Run

  1. Load the 500 mm roll and enable the EPC correction device

  2. Mount the print plate and set the servo printing registration

  3. Set the triangle board and the three length folding stages for the apron size

  4. Run a test stack, measure folded size against ±5 mm, then produce

FAQ

Non Woven Apron Machine FAQ

How accurate is the folded apron size?

The difference in folded fabric size is ±5 mm, held by the servo-driven length folding system.

Can the machine print our logo?

Yes. A servo printing system prints one colour in line. Send artwork with the enquiry and we quote the print plate.

Does it cut the neck hole?

Yes. Neck hole cutting, corner cutting and the cut-off mould are all mounted on the roller, so the apron is finished in one pass.

What is the unwind width?

Machine effective width on the unwinding part is 500 mm, with automatic EPC correction to keep folding precise.
