N Fold And C Fold

N and C folds create a compact stack that dispenses one sheet at a time without pulling the next. They are the standard for hand towels and lid-pack wipes. Our AQ-F platform produces N folds across a folding size range of 150 to 1000 mm at 300 to 500 sheets per minute.

W Fold And Interfolding

W folding interleaves sheets so the next one presents itself as the previous is removed. It is what dispenser customers ask for, and it is also used on agricultural fabric, where our mulch line W folds through four folding devices before cutting to length.

Garment products need combination folding. The AQ-500 apron machine folds in half across the width on a triangle board, then folds three times in length under servo control, holding the folded size within ±5 mm.
