The AQ-280 Alcohol Pads Making Machine folds, saturates and seals individually packed alcohol pads under full touch-screen PLC control, with the liquid level set digitally for precise injection. It runs OPP/PE or PET/PE packaging film up to 400 mm diameter and 100 to 200 mm wide, producing sachets of 30 to 100 mm length and 30 to 65 mm width around a pad of 30 to 80 mm by 25 to 50 mm. All parts in contact with fabric and liquid formulation are 304 stainless steel.
