The Fold Decides The Pack
N folds, C folds and double Z folds are not cosmetic choices. They decide whether the wipe pulls one at a time from a lid pack, sits flat in a flow wrap, or stacks in a canister. Our AQ-6F multifunctional folding system produces all three, so a change of customer does not mean a change of machine.

Six Webs Need Six Tension Controllers
A thick wipe is often several webs folded together. With one shared tension control, the outer webs go slack and folded size drifts. The AQ-6F uses six feeding systems each with its own tension controller, which is what holds folding size precision on a multi-web product.
Dosing Is Verified By Weight
Lotion dose should never be judged by appearance. During run-off we weigh finished wipes to confirm add-on against your target, and on the AQ-280 alcohol pad machine the liquid level is set digitally on the touch screen for precise injection.

Packing Has To Keep Up
A wipe line is only as fast as the packing station behind it. The AQ-100a runs 180-220 bags per minute with Omron photoelectric tracking, and the AQ-350 produces four-side sealed packs with up to 32 layers when the presentation matters more than raw speed.

No. The customer supplies the formulation. We set the dosing system for its viscosity and verify dose by weight during run-off.
Can the number of feeding devices be changed?
Yes. The number of feeding and folding devices is customised to your wipe structure.
What compressed air is required?
Compressed air is supplied by the customer. The AQ-280 alcohol pad machine works at about 0.8 MPa.
