Offline inspection and sorting

Offline inspection connects to nothing. The machine has its own material feeder, you tip product in, and it comes out sorted. That makes it the practical route when the moulder has no floor space beside it, when the line is leased or shared, or when you need to inspect stock that is already made.

It is also how a quarantined lot gets released. When a customer complaint points at a batch sitting in your warehouse, an offline station can re-sort that batch at hundreds of pieces per minute instead of putting twenty people on a table for a week.

A full offline preform line can include a dumper, storage system, lifting machine, feeding machine, the inspection machine and a conveyor. Each producer chooses how much of that to automate, but the inspection machine is the core that cannot be left out.
