What these systems do
Not every inspection problem arrives as a cap or a bottle. We have built systems for aluminium electrolytic capacitors, and our work reaches beyond plastic packaging into textiles, cigarettes, packaging containers, new energy, 3C, food, dairy products and pharmaceuticals.
A non-standard project starts the same way as a standard one but spends longer in optical design. The R&D team images your actual parts, tests light source geometry against your actual defects, and only then fixes camera count, resolution and mechanical handling. Feasibility verification happens before the commercial quote, not after the purchase order.
This is also the route for customers who need something a catalogue machine will not do: an unusual part geometry, an unusual defect, a speed outside the normal range, or integration with equipment already on the floor.

What counts as non-standard?
Any part, defect, speed or integration that a catalogue configuration does not cover. If you can see the defect with your eyes, it is worth sending us the sample.
How does a non-standard project start?
With your parts. We need physical samples including defective ones, the defect definitions, the required precision and speed, the installation space and how the machine must connect to what you already run.
Is there a feasibility stage before I commit?
Yes. Requirement analysis, hardware and software design and feasibility verification are done first, including a preliminary test, so both sides know the result is achievable before the equipment parameters are fixed.
How long does a custom system take?
Longer than a standard machine. Complicated customised machines can take eight weeks or more in production, after the design phase. The exact date is confirmed once parameters are agreed.
Can you customise the operator interface?
The human-computer interaction system is self-developed and is customised to your request, including image display, data export and signal linkage with other equipment.
Do you recommend a visit?
For complex projects, yes. Face-to-face discussion of the inspection details at our factory is the fastest way to fix the specification, and we encourage buyers with real projects to come and see the machines run.
