The headquarters, R&D building and production workshop are on one 29,000 m² campus in the Hefei High-Tech Zone. For a complex project, a visit is the fastest way to fix the specification, and you can watch a comparable machine run before you commit.
What to send for a quotation
The more of this you can answer, the closer the first reply gets to a real number.
- The part: type, colour, size, with samples or drawings
- The defects that must be caught, with samples or drawings
- Target position inspection or 360-degree full coverage
- Required inspection speed, in pieces per minute
- Required precision, for example 0.2 mm or 0.5 mm
- Inline with an existing machine, or offline with our feeder
Physical defect samples are required before a firm quotation, because optical testing and mechanical design happen against real parts.
