What you get after the machine ships
On-site commissioning within 48 hours
We arrange a professional after-sales engineer to arrive on site within 48 hours of the equipment's arrival, to install and adjust the machine until it runs stably. Installation and adjustment typically takes around one week. Your engineer can also come to us to study installation free of charge.
7x24 remote operation and maintenance
As long as the machine is connected to the internet, our software and systems can be updated online. The KeyeTech AI cloud platform provides 7x24 remote operation and maintenance, including upgrades to testing standards and operational assistance while the equipment is running.
Free training with certification
All customers who purchase our products can attend our offline training courses regularly and obtain industry vocational skills certificates. Online classroom training is also available through the AI platform. Training your technicians at our company is free of charge.
Warranty and spare parts
One year warranty on the complete machine and three years on hardware including camera, lens and sensor, excluding damage from improper use. Lifelong service is available and we remain responsible for spare parts and maintenance long term.
Quality control before it ships
A comprehensive quality control system sits in front of despatch, so the machine that arrives is the machine that was tested.
- Before production, each department conducts a technical audit of the design.
- After production, a dedicated testing team tests the equipment.
- Shipment is only arranged once the machine meets the customer's testing requirements.
- Hardware reliability testing covers ageing, compatibility and failure rate against the operating environment.
Training options
Offline training courses with industry vocational skills certificates, online classroom training through the AI platform, and free training at our factory for your technicians. An engineer without a vision background can learn to operate the system in a few days.
