Comprehensive 7 Cameras Vision Inspection and Sorting Machine for IML Yogurt Cup Defect Analysis
Inspection Speed: 100~300pcs/min

Visual inspection machines for paper and plastic cup quality inspection, covering the rim, the seam, the print and the body in one pass.
A drinking cup fails at the places that touch the customer. The rolled rim can be uneven or cracked, the side seam can be open or misaligned, the print can be skewed or smeared, and the body can carry contamination, deformation or colour drift. On a line running hundreds of cups a minute none of that is visible to an operator.
These systems present cups to a multi-camera station with lighting designed for both absorbent paper stock and glossy plastic. The AI compares each cup against the accepted standard and rejects failures online, with counting and separation of accepted cups so the packing station receives clean product.
Because paper and plastic cups image very differently, the light source is specified per material at design stage rather than adjusted afterwards, which is the difference between a stable false-reject rate and a machine operators switch off.
Each entry carries the specification table and FAQ published for that configuration.

Appearance defects on the rim, seam, printed surface, body and base, including contamination, deformation, colour difference and print faults.
The system inspects appearance. Dimensional checks such as rim diameter can be included when they are visible to the camera, so raise them at the enquiry stage.
Inline from your forming machine, or offline through a feeding device supplied with the system.
They are removed online by pneumatic rejection. Accepted cups are counted and separated for packing.
Cup samples including defective examples, the materials and sizes in your range, line speed, the smallest defect that matters, and whether the machine is inline or offline.
Send the part, the defect list, the speed and the precision. We image your real samples before we quote.
