What We Need From You Before We Can Quote
A precise quote needs product information, not a general enquiry. Here is exactly what to send.
To give a detailed and accurate quotation we need enough product information to design the optics. What products need to be tested, what defects matter in that testing, what the requirements are for accuracy and speed, and whether the machine integrates with an existing production line or runs offline.
In practice the checklist is: how many parts in total are to be inspected; the colour and size of the part, with samples or drawings; how many different defects need to be detected, with samples or drawings; whether inspection is for a target position or 360-degree full coverage; the required inspection speed; any special precision requirement; and inline or offline. If inline, how it matches your existing machine. If offline, whether you need a handling device from us.
Physical defect samples are required for an exact quote. Optical testing and mechanical design happen against real parts, because a photograph does not tell us how a surface behaves under a strobe light source.
For complex projects we ask buyers to visit the factory. Designing equipment that meets the requirement accurately needs detailed discussion between both sides, and that process takes time. Face-to-face communication and a machine inspection at our site is the fastest way to fix a specification that both sides can hold to.
