From Drawing Review to Packed Shipment

STEP 01
Requirement analysis
We read the drawing against the duty. If a wear part is failing early, the first question is why, not what it costs.
STEP 02
Process and material selection
Producing the same casting by a different process changes the cost and the quality. We analyse the part and choose the route that fits.
STEP 03
Tooling and sampling
Pattern or die tooling is made and a first article is measured and tested before the batch is released.

Production and stage inspection
