Corrugated Plastic Sheet Buying Guide
The five things to settle before you ask anyone for a price

Thickness Is Not the Same as Strength
Buyers often quote a thickness and nothing else. Thickness sets the flute height, but the weight per square metre sets how much material is actually in the sheet. Two 4 mm sheets at 600 g/m² and 800 g/m² look identical and behave very differently under a stack.
Everplast extrudes 2 mm to 12 mm at 250 g/m² to 2000 g/m². Give both numbers, or give the load and the stack height and let the specification be worked backwards from that.
Decide the Grade Before You Order
Corona treated, anti-static, conductive, UV stabilised and flame retardant grades are made by adding concentrate at the extruder or by treating the surface during extrusion. None of them can be added to a finished sheet afterwards.
If the board will be printed, ask for corona treated printing grade. If parts are static sensitive, decide between anti-static at 1×10⁸–1×10¹⁰ Ω and conductive at 1×10³–1×10⁵ Ω. If the application has a fire requirement, say so at enquiry stage.
Panel Size Decides How Much You Throw Away
The standard sheet is 2440 × 1220 mm, but any panel size is produced to order. If your finished part is 900 × 600 mm, ordering standard sheets means paying freight on offcuts and paying someone to cut them.
Send the finished size. Sheets are cut on the line at no tooling cost.
Colour Is Free Information
Sheet is extruded in the colour you specify, so colour costs nothing extra and can be used to code parts, routes, phases or customers. The one exception is conductive grade, which is produced in black.
Ask What the Packing Looks Like
Standard export packing is plastic shrink film on wooden pallets, or the packing method you specify. Confirm this before shipment, because a pallet configuration that does not match your unloading equipment costs more than the packing itself.

FAQ
What Is the Minimum and Maximum Thickness
2 mm to 12 mm for corrugated plastic sheet. PP honeycomb board covers 1.5 mm to 13 mm.
Can I Order One Colour and One Grade Together
Yes, except that conductive grade is produced in black only.
Do You Charge for Cutting to a Custom Size
Panel size is set on the order. Standard is 2440 × 1220 mm and other sizes are produced to customer request.
