What the job demands

Interior fit-out runs on volume and repetition. A board fixer drives several thousand screws a day, so a recess that cams out on one screw in fifty costs real hours, and a bugle head that sinks too far tears the paper face and turns a fixing into a repair. The substrate also changes from room to room: timber studs take a coarse thread, light-gauge steel needs a fine thread or a drill point, and resilient channel wants a hi-lo thread that grips thin metal without spinning.

How the range answers it

Ehons carries the drywall family across all three thread forms in 3.5-4.8 mm diameters and 10-180 mm lengths, so a single supplier covers timber stud, steel stud and channel without mixing brands on one ceiling. Phosphate finishes give the bit grip that plated screws lose, and the wax topcoat on the zinc-plated versions reduces drive torque on dense board.

Supply pattern

Fit-out work is scheduled in phases, so the usual arrangement is a call-off against a container order rather than one shipment per project. Minimum order is 500 kg per item and packing can be bulk 25 kg cartons for site use or 1 kg boxes for merchant shelves.
