Production workshop
Cold heading machines run in banks along the shop floor, each set for a head form and a wire diameter. Heading is where the head geometry is decided, and it is the reason a bugle profile or a ribbed underhead is consistent across a run rather than a matter of luck.
Materials
Wire arrives and is staged by grade before it reaches the heading line. Carbon steel grades including C1022 and 1022A, alloy steel and stainless steel are held separately, with the grade recorded against the batch so a material certificate can be produced against an order.
Heat treatment
Heat treatment sets the case hardness that lets a drill point cut steel and a drywall screw tap a stud, while keeping the core tough enough that the head does not snap in the gun. This is the process step that separates a screw that works from one that looks the same and fails.
Quality control
Inspection runs alongside production rather than after it. Dimensional checks on head, thread and point, hardness after heat treatment, coating thickness after finishing and pack counts before palletising all feed the same internal system, which the company states follows ISO 9001.
Packing
Packing is set by how the screws will be used. Bulk 25 kg cartons and bags for site work, 1 kg boxes at 25 to a carton for merchants, count packs of 1000, 500 or 250 pieces where installers buy per square metre, and 15 kg cartons at 48 to a solid wood pallet for container loading.
Warehouse
Finished goods are palletised and held by item and finish. Holding stock of the highest-turnover lines is what makes a call-off arrangement against an annual volume practical rather than theoretical.
Loading
Containers are loaded at the plant and move to Shanghai or Ningbo depending on the sailing. Trade terms cover FOB, CIF, CFR, CNF, EXW, DDU and DDP, so the customer can take control of the shipment at whichever point suits their own logistics.

Third-party inspection before shipment is accepted and is common on first orders. Email with your dates or your inspection agency and it will be arranged.
