Capacity is about 2,000 tons a month across two factories, with a 500 kg minimum per item.
Order structure
The minimum order is 500 kg per item, which is a practical floor for a cold-formed part rather than a commercial hurdle: below that the setup dominates the cost. Mixed containers across sizes and families are normal, and most repeat customers run a call-off pattern against an agreed annual volume.
Capacity
The company states a supply ability of about 2,000 tons per month across its two Haiyan factories. Practical lead time depends far more on the finish than on the heading: plated and phosphated work runs continuously, while hot dip galvanising and multi-layer systems add a process step outside the main line.
Trade terms and payment
FOB, CIF, CFR, CNF, EXW, DDU and DDP. Payment by T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union or MoneyGram. Loading port is Shanghai or Ningbo depending on the sailing.
Packing formats
Bulk 25 kg per carton or bag; 1 kg per box or bag with 25 boxes to a carton; count packs of 1000, 500 or 250 pieces per small box; and 15 kg cartons at 48 cartons per solid wood pallet. Packing can also follow a customer's own specification.

- Custom and Non-Standard Fasteners – Standard and non-standard sizes are both made to order, so the drawing does not have to bend to a catalogue.
- Coatings and Corrosion Protection – The coating decides how long the fixing lasts. It is chosen from exposure, not from appearance.
- Quality Control and Inspection – Inspection is built into production, transportation and selling rather than bolted on at the end.
