Where Orders Usually Break and What Is Done About It

Each stage names the problem first, because that is what the step exists to prevent, and then what actually happens.

Requirement

Enquiries often arrive as a product name and a quantity, which is not enough to price or produce.

We ask for the three things that actually determine the panel or the steel: product name, size, and the quantity you intend to buy, plus the standard where one applies.

Specification

The expensive gaps are glue class, face grade, core, thickness tolerance and emission class.

Each of these becomes a stated line on the quotation rather than an assumption, so two offers can be compared honestly.

Sampling

Colour, face and adhesion behave differently on your line than on ours.

Samples are supplied free, and we can produce to your own sample or technical drawing before the main run.

Approval

Approving from a photograph is how colour disputes start.

A physical return sample is issued against your reference so approval happens on material, not on a screen.

Production

Specifications drift between the quotation and the line.

Products are produced and packed in full accordance with the confirmed requirements.
