What makes a panel marine grade rather than exterior grade?

Exterior grade is mostly about the glue. Marine grade adds core quality: a dense hardwood core with minimal voids, so water has nowhere to sit if the surface is ever breached.

Does marine plywood still need sealing?

Yes. The glue line resists water; the wood fibre does not. Edges and faces should be coated in service.

Can you supply oversize sheets for hull work?

Sheet sizes above the standard 1220 x 2440 mm are produced to order. Send the finished size you need.
