Product Overview
What This Block Is And Why It Exists
The shortest of the leg blocks and the highest volume one. A trunk has a shorter inseam than a boxer brief, which is why it is the default for retail multipacks and supermarket programmes.
A fly opening is a construction choice rather than a trim. It changes the front panel pattern and adds an operation, so it has to be decided before sampling rather than added later.
This block is where the waistband does all the branding work, since the garment itself is deliberately plain.

Materials
Fabric Platform
All blocks run on the same fabric platform, which is what lets a mixed range share one lab dip round and one colour card. Colour is approved on physical lab dips, fabric swatches and print strike offs.

Mill selection
The style is matched to a mill in the cluster that produces that construction, with the audit status your buyer requires.

Material approval
Lab dips, fabric swatches and print strike offs sent physically for approval.

Sampling
Pre production sample, label sample, packaging sample and accessory samples confirmed.

Bulk production
Around 50 to 60 days, with inline inspection running through the cut.

Release
Final inspection to AQL, shipment sample to you, then customs clearance and freight.

Inspection And Testing On This Product
Inline inspection runs during production so mistakes and delays are removed while they can still be fixed. Final inspection follows the AQL standard and covers fabric weight, fabric colours, print, sizes, labels and packaging. A shipment sample is sent so you can check the finished goods directly.
