This style is held as available stock in a wide range of yarn dyed checks and stripes, with a terry polyester cotton waistband. It is the entry point for buyers who want goods now rather than a production cycle.

All blocks run on the same fabric platform, which is what lets a mixed range share one lab dip round and one colour card. Colour is approved on physical lab dips, fabric swatches and print strike offs.

Bulk production
Around 50 to 60 days, with inline inspection running through the cut.

Final inspection to AQL, shipment sample to you, then customs clearance and freight.

Inline inspection runs during production so mistakes and delays are removed while they can still be fixed. Final inspection follows the AQL standard and covers fabric weight, fabric colours, print, sizes, labels and packaging. A shipment sample is sent so you can check the finished goods directly.
