Process
How This Programme Runs
01
Specification
You send a tech pack - size measurement chart, design drawing, vector artwork, and requirements for the woven label, care label, packaging and accessories. We read it before quoting, not after.
02
Supplier match
The style is matched to a mill in the right cluster with the right audit status. A sublimation block and a woven boxer do not come from the same base.
03
Costing
Fabric, trims, print method, waistband technic, packing and packaging are costed as separate lines so you can see what is driving the price.
04
Sampling
Lab dips, fabric swatches, print strike offs, pre production sample, label sample and packaging sample all go to you for approval.
05
Production
Contract and deposit, then bulk. Around 50 to 60 days once every approval is signed off.
06
Release
Inline and final inspection to AQL, shipment sample to you, then customs clearance and shipping.

Minimums
From 300 pcs per style per colour, and 100 to 200 pcs on selected running blocks, against the 3000 pcs most mills quote.
Capability mismatch
Print, jacquard, seamless, sequin and woven all live in different mills. The style is placed where it actually belongs.
Approval drift
Physical lab dips, swatches and strike offs, kept on file for repeat cuts.
Compliance
REACH and FHSA testing routed through SGS, BV or TUV where the market requires it.
