Process
How This Programme Runs

Material approval
Lab dips, fabric swatches, print strike offs, pre production sample, label sample and packaging sample all approved before bulk starts.

Material testing
Fabric weight, fabric composition, colour fastness, light fastness and saliva colour fastness.

Inline inspection
The QC team inspects during production to catch mistakes and delays while they are still fixable.

Final inspection
Inspection to AQL covering fabric weight, fabric colours, print, sizes, labels and packaging.

Shipment sample
A sample from the finished goods is sent so you can check the final product directly.

Compliance testing
REACH or FHSA testing through SGS, BV or TUV where the destination market requires it.
