What This Block Is And Why It Exists
Sequin facing is a different manufacturing problem to print. The sequin fabric is applied as a face panel over a stable knit backing, and every seam has to be handled so the sequins do not sit against the skin.
These are occasion products with a short selling window, which is exactly why the low minimum matters. A pride or festival range that has to commit to 3000 pcs per colourway is not a viable range.
Available as a trunk or a short boxer on the same sequin platform.

Fabric Platform
All blocks run on the same fabric platform, which is what lets a mixed range share one lab dip round and one colour card. Colour is approved on physical lab dips, fabric swatches and print strike offs.

Specification review
The tech pack is read before quoting - measurement chart, drawing, artwork, labels, packaging and trims.

Mill selection
The style is matched to a mill in the cluster that produces that construction, with the audit status your buyer requires.

Material approval
Lab dips, fabric swatches and print strike offs sent physically for approval.

Sampling
Pre production sample, label sample, packaging sample and accessory samples confirmed.

Bulk production
Around 50 to 60 days, with inline inspection running through the cut.

Release
Final inspection to AQL, shipment sample to you, then customs clearance and freight.
Quality Control
Inspection And Testing On This Product
Inline inspection runs during production so mistakes and delays are removed while they can still be fixed. Final inspection follows the AQL standard and covers fabric weight, fabric colours, print, sizes, labels and packaging. A shipment sample is sent so you can check the finished goods directly.
