Programme FAQ

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means you supply the specification and we produce it. ODM means we develop the design and the tech pack with you, then produce it. Minimums and lead times are the same.
Which programme should I start with?
If you do not know which product sells, start with wholesale stock at 12 pcs. If you know the product and have a specification, start with OEM.
Can I use more than one programme?
Yes, and most established clients do - stock to keep listings live while an OEM order is being cut.
Is the sourcing service separate?
It runs underneath all of them. Product sourcing, production management, quality inspection, warehouse storage, customs clearance and shipping management are part of how orders are handled.
Do you offer inspection only?
Quality inspection is part of the sourcing service. If you need inspection on goods we did not produce, ask - it depends on the factory and the location.
