What This Block Is And Why It Exists
Seamless underwear is knitted as a tube rather than cut and sewn, so there are no side seams at all. For childrenswear that means no seam pressure points and a very smooth surface under school uniform.
The construction runs on nylon spandex or polyester spandex. Yarn colour is dyed before knitting rather than after, so the colour card is set at yarn stage, not at lab dip stage.

Fabric Platform
All blocks run on the same fabric platform, which is what lets a mixed range share one lab dip round and one colour card. Colour is approved on physical lab dips, fabric swatches and print strike offs.

Around 50 to 60 days, with inline inspection running through the cut.

Final inspection to AQL, shipment sample to you, then customs clearance and freight.

Inline inspection runs during production so mistakes and delays are removed while they can still be fixed. Final inspection follows the AQL standard and covers fabric weight, fabric colours, print, sizes, labels and packaging. A shipment sample is sent so you can check the finished goods directly.
