Six Views Of The Plant

Machined brass cages and ground rings staged on pallets beside the turning line, waiting for assembly.

Bearing ring grinding line. Raceways and faces are ground to the tolerance class ordered, which is what the P0 to P2 precision row on each product page refers to.

Turning section. Forged rings are soft turned to the ring geometry before heat treatment.

Inspection and assembly bench. Rings are gauged, then rolling elements and cage are assembled and the rotation checked.

Production hall. The line handles the full range of bearing processing equipment referred to in the company profile.

Despatch warehouse. Heavy and large bore items are crated in wood boxes and strapped for export; small parts go in paper boxes.

Incoming Material

Bearing steel grade confirmed against the specification recorded for the order.

After Heat Treatment

Hardness checked before the rings move to grinding.

After Grinding

Bore, outside diameter, width and surface finish gauged against the tolerance class ordered.

Assembly

Radial and axial runout, internal clearance and rotation checked on the finished unit.

Preservation And Packing

Rust preventive applied, then wood or paper box packing depending on size.

What equipment is in the workshop

A full range of bearing processing equipment covering turning, heat treatment, grinding and assembly, with well appointed measurement methods for inspection.

How are goods packed for export

Heavy and large bore items are crated in wood boxes and strapped; smaller parts are packed in paper boxes. Rust preventive wrapping is applied inside both.

What certification can you provide

Production follows the ISO 9001 quality assurance system, which is stated on the specification table of every product page. Certificate copies for a specific consignment are issued with the shipping documents on request.
