The Problem It Solves

Standard catalogue thrust bearings are often out of stock in large bores, and the imperial TP and T series used on older mill and extruder equipment are hard to source from a single supplier.

Core Technical Advantage

Thrust roller bearings carry a much higher axial load in the same envelope than a thrust ball bearing of the same size, and the tapered thrust design can add up to 40 percent more capacity than cylindrical and spherical bearings with the same envelope dimensions.

What material and precision class are these supplied in
The rolling bearing range is produced in GCr15 and GCr15SiMn chrome bearing steel, with case carburised grades used where shock loading is high. Precision classes P0, P6, P5, P4 and P2 are available, and the classes offered on a specific item are listed in its specification table.
Are these made under a quality system
Production runs in strict accordance with the ISO 9001 international standard for the product quality assurance system, which is stated on the specification table of each product.
How are they packed and shipped
Heavy and large bore items are packed in wood boxes and smaller parts in paper boxes, with rust preventive wrapping inside. Small urgent consignments move by DHL, TNT, FedEx or a similar express service, and larger ones by air, by sea or by rail.
Can a size be made that is not in the list
Yes. Non standard and specially required bearings have been part of the group range since 1995. Send a dimensioned drawing, a 3D file or the worn original.
